The Ninfa Laurenzo Scholarship Fund Student Application

Application & supporting material shall include:

1.   A completed Ninfa Laurenzo Scholarship Fund application form.

2.   An unofficial school transcript and grade report from the school currently or most recently attended.  The school transcript should list all grade points earned and academic course work completed to date.

3.   One of the following:

a.   A copy of the most recent tax return for which you are a dependent, statement of monthly income and
number of persons living in household OR

b.   The FAFSA(SAR)

4.   One (1) essay of 700 words or less prepared by the applicant which addresses the essay prompt. Some students have a background, identity, interest, or talent that is so meaningful they believe their application would be incomplete without it.
